Content Management Policy & Procedures
This agreement is an e-variant of document that determines and regulates the
Content Management Policy & Procedures for "Mariya-club.com".
After registering on the site, you automatically agree to all the conditions described below and are responsible for failure to comply with them.
Prohibited Content includes: 1) Offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
2) Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
3) Promotes information that known as defamatory, false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
4) Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture installed copyright protected devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
5)Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
6)Provides any material that exploits:
-firearms, weapons or any goods for sale - the possession or use of which is subject to prohibitions or restrictions;
- drugs or drug paraphernalia;
- self-harm or suicide;
- incest;
- bestiality;
- violence, rape, lack of consent,
- hypnosis,
- intoxication,
- torture,
- sadomasochistic violence or hard bondage, extreme fisting or genital mutilation;
- necrophilia;
- urine, scatological material or excrement;
7)Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
8)Using photo or video of third parties without their permission
In addition to following rules, we have put additional policies in place for the safety of our users. We do not allow sexual services, sexual products, sexual activity, sexually explicit content, text, and audio, sexually suggestive content, nudity and body exposure.
Sexual services: We do not allow sexual services. Examples include, but are not limited to:
-Access to adult entertainment such as host or hostess clubs, strip clubs, sexual services such as escort services, prostitution, or erotic massages.
-Sexual imagery, and pornography. br -Any porno content by photo, video or audio such as stripping, nude modeling, and masturbation.
Sexual products: We do not allow the advertising, display or offer of any sexual products. Examples include, but are not limited to:
-Sexual imagery, video and pornography.
-Any nudity content by photo, video or audio such as stripping, nude modeling, and masturbation.
-The presence of any products of an erotic or pornographic nature in the frame is unacceptable.

Sexual activity: We do not allow sexually suggestive content. Examples include, but are not limited to:
-Penetrative sex, non-penetrative sex, and oral sex
-Fetish and kink activity
-Sexually explicit content, photo, video and audio
-Sexualized body positions
-Emphasis on sensitive body part or sensitive region
-Stripping, or undressing
-We do not allow sexually explicit content, photo, video, and audio. Examples include, but are not limited to:
-Grinding
-Humping
-Rubbing, squeezing, pinching, spanking, or slapping of clothed sensitive regions or sensitive body parts
-Imitating sexual positions outside of sexual activity taking place
-Mimicking sexual acts
- Sexually explicit photos, videos or audio that directly describe or refer to specific sexual activities, body parts or sexual products.
-Sexually suggestive content
Nudity and body exposure: We do not allow nudity and body exposure. Examples include, but are not limited to:
-Displaying nudity
-Displaying excessive visible skin
The promotion or facilitation of access to dating apps or services that convey, imply, portray, or encourage transactional relationships, infidelity, or sexual encounters is not allowed. Examples include but are not limited to:
-Infidelity
-Sexual encounters
-Exchange in terms of income or compensation including goods or services
-Dating or engaging in friendships in exchange for compensation or material gain.
-Other transactional companionship
-Featuring ads or promotions for other dating sites
-Content that is sexually suggestive in nature, such as focusing on bodies, sexual language, or innuendo
