2. Registration and Contract Conclusion
- Only persons aged 18+ may conclude a contract.
- To ensure transparency and secure payments, members may be required to provide passport details
and actual residential address during payment processing.
- Access to provider services requires prior free registration.
Users may choose their own password.
- By registering, the user accepts these Terms and confirms age 18+.

3. Duration and Termination

- Users must not distribute illegal content.
- Prohibited content includes:
- pornographic content or content harmful to youth;
- hate or anti-constitutional content;
- copyright/trademark violating content;
- photos violating third-party personality rights;
- defamation and abusive statements;
- illegal software promotion;
- executable files containing viruses or trojans.
- It is also prohibited:
- to advertise or link other dating portals;
- to send advertising without provider permission;
- to use third-party personal or payment data;
- to harass, threaten, or violate rights of others;
- to share personal passwords or use third-party credentials;
- to collect and transfer personal data of other users without consent.
- Advertising media placement in any format is allowed only with explicit provider permission.
6. Upload of Content and Usage Rights
- The user may upload only content for which they have legal rights.
- The user grants the provider a simple, unlimited, non-transferable right
to use uploaded content on the provider website.
- The provider may edit user content for standardized publishing format and editorial reasons.
7. Responsibility for Content
- The provider is not liable for correctness, quality, or authenticity of user postings.
- The provider is not generally obligated to monitor all third-party information
without reasonable indication of illegality.
- Upon lawful notification, illegal content may be removed or blocked without delay.
8. Blocking and Exclusion of Users
- The provider may block access to postings where substantial evidence of violations exists.
- The provider may permanently exclude users for violations of these Terms.
- Re-registration after permanent exclusion requires explicit written provider permission.
9. Indemnification
- Users support provider defense against third-party claims arising from uploaded content.
- Users compensate provider expenses from legal actions caused by user fault.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12. Final Regulation

13. Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be provided only in exceptional cases, for example persistent technical issues caused by our equipment.
Only unused credits may be considered for refund after support review.
