Content Removal Policy
This document is an e-variant of the Content Removal and Complaints Policy for "mariya-club.com".
By using the Site, members agree to these conditions and are responsible for compliance.
1. Personal Data Removal
Personal data is kept only for the time required to provide services. Members may request suspension or erasure of personal data.
If a member wants data deletion, they should contact Support Team.
2. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel membership at any time and for any reason by:
- sending cancellation request to site administrator;
- cancelling account in personal cabinet.
After member-initiated cancellation:
- profile is removed from active list;
- profile becomes inaccessible to other members;
- personal data is removed from mariya-club.com within 24 hours.
Deleted profiles cannot be restored. Members may register again and create a new profile. Only one account per member is permitted.
3. Complaints and Content Removal
3.1 Submit a Complaint or Content Removal Request
Please provide:
- First Name;
- Last Name;
- Email Address;
- URLs of reported content (comma-separated for multiple URLs);
- detailed complaint description.

4. Complaint Policy
4.1 Introduction
This Complaints Policy forms part of user agreement with mariya-club.com.
4.2 Interpretation
Defined terms have meanings from the Terms and Conditions. "Business days" means days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and UK public holidays.
4.3 Who Can Submit Complaints
Any person (registered or not) may submit complaints related to mariya-club.com.
4.4 How to Submit Complaints
Complainants should submit all mandatory data and describe issue details. For content complaints, include the relevant URL.
4.5 Illegal or Non-Consensual Content Complaints
After receiving such complaint:
- we investigate in good faith;
- we may request additional documents;
- if content is unlawful/non-consensual, we remove it immediately;
- we notify complainant by email or electronic message;
- disputes may be referred to neutral arbitration at our expense.
4.6 Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints are handled according to our Content management Policy.
4.7 Other Complaints
For other complaints, we investigate in a timeframe appropriate to complaint nature. If needed, we request additional details and take appropriate actions.
4.8 Unjustified or Abusive Complaints
Users must not submit complaints that are unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. Violation may result in suspension or termination of user account.
