This document is an e-variant of the Consumer Age Verification Policy for "mariya-club.com".

By registering on mariya-club.com, the member accepts the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and confirms that the consumer is above the age of 18.

1. Age Requirement

The Site is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.

6.3 Request for Additional Documents

The Administration reserves the right to request additional documents or information if the submitted materials are unclear, incomplete, inconsistent, suspicious, or insufficient for verification.

Failure to provide requested additional documents may result in rejection of the verification request or suspension of the account.

7. Verification Decision

After reviewing the submitted documents, the Administration may:

• approve the member’s age verification;
• request additional documents or information;
• reject the verification request;
• suspend or delete the account if the member fails to meet the Site requirements.

The Administration reserves the right to reject registration or verification if there are doubts about the authenticity of documents, the accuracy of the provided information, or the member’s compliance with this Policy.

8. Rejection of Documents

Submitted documents may be rejected if:

• the image quality is too low;
• the file is too compressed;
• the document is expired, damaged, cropped, or unreadable;
• the selfie does not clearly show the member and the document;
• the document appears to be modified, edited, forged, or otherwise suspicious;
• the information does not match the registration or payment details;
• the date of birth or other age-related information in the submitted identification document confirms that the member is under 18 years old;
• the Administration cannot reliably confirm the member’s identity or age.

9. Challenging Verification Results

If the member believes that the verification decision was made incorrectly, the member may contact the Site Administration and request a review of the decision.

The Administration may ask the member to provide clearer documents, additional documents, or complete an additional verification procedure.

Requesting a review does not guarantee approval. The final decision remains subject to the verification requirements described in this Policy.

10. Account Restrictions

After initial registration, the member has no access to the Site or its services until the age verification process is successfully completed and approved by the Site Administration.

If additional or repeated verification is initiated after the member has already been approved, the Site may temporarily restrict, suspend, or limit the member’s access until the additional verification is completed.

The Site may restrict, suspend, or delete an account if the member refuses to complete verification, provides false information, uploads suspicious documents, or violates this Policy.

11. Access to Verification Data

Access to submitted verification documents is limited to authorized personnel or authorized service providers who need such access for age verification, identity verification, fraud prevention, security, payment verification, or legal compliance purposes.

Verification documents are not made publicly available and are not visible to other members of the Site.

12. Data Minimisation

The submitted identification document must be visible in full. The member may not crop, blur, cover, hide, edit, modify, or otherwise alter any part of the document.

Documents that are partially hidden, cropped, blurred, covered, edited, modified, or otherwise incomplete may be rejected, and the Administration may request resubmission of the documents.

13. Data Retention

Verification documents are stored only for the period necessary to complete the age and identity verification process, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

If verification is rejected or the member does not complete the verification process, the submitted documents may be deleted after a reasonable review period, unless retention is required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

The Site does not store verification documents longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and the Privacy Policy.

14. Security of Verification Data

The Site applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect verification documents and personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

15. Third-Party Verification Providers
